Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a fee to become a reseller?
No. There is no entry or monthly membership fee. You only pay the discounted price of the services you sell, from your balance.
How is my reseller discount set?
Every reseller starts at Starter (10%). At the start of each month we look at the amount paid from your reseller account in the last 30 days and your tier rises automatically to Bronze (15%), Silver (20%) or Gold (25%). You only move down after two consecutive months below the threshold.
Which products can I sell?
VDS server plans (Xeon, Platinum, Premium) are available now. Web hosting, game servers and domain names are being added step by step; each new product appears in your account automatically.
Can I sell under my own brand?
Yes. Services stay in your reseller account and we never send your customers emails or invoices. You manage pricing, billing and customer communication.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You pay us the discounted price of your tier; your selling price to your customers is entirely up to you.
What happens if my balance is not enough?
New orders are only accepted when your balance covers them; otherwise the API reports it without creating an order. If a renewal cannot be paid on time you are warned in advance; if it stays unpaid, only that service is suspended under the normal late payment rule and the suspension is lifted once you top up.
What if one of my customers abuses a server?
Only that service is suspended and you are notified. Your reseller account and your other customers are not affected. Outgoing mail port 25 is closed on all services.
Who supports my customers?
You are your customer's first point of contact. For infrastructure, hardware and network issues you open a ticket as a reseller and our team helps you directly.
Do I need a developer to integrate?
If you connect your own software, basic PHP or similar knowledge is enough; the API is a simple REST/JSON interface. When our WHMCS and WiseCP modules are released you will be able to connect with a single installation, no coding needed.
How long does an application take?
Applications are reviewed by our sales team and answered quickly when nothing is missing. On approval, the agreement, API access details and your sandbox key are sent through the ticket.
