How Does Renting a Dedicated Server Work?

Renting a physical server starts where a VDS ends: the whole machine is reserved for you, there is no virtualisation layer and you reach the hardware at BIOS level. The process and location choice are below.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does server setup take?
Servers in stock at our Turkey location are usually set up and delivered within 4-24 hours. Stock servers at the Germany location activate much faster thanks to automated provisioning. These times may vary for custom hardware requests.
Can I install my own ISO file?
Yes. Thanks to IP KVM access, you can mount your own ISO file to the server and install any operating system at the BIOS level.
Is DDoS protection included?
Hardware DDoS protection is offered only on our servers at the Turkey (Istanbul) location. Servers at the Germany location are delivered with standard network infrastructure.
Which data centers do you use?
We offer two locations: our Turkey-based servers are hosted in the professional Netweb data center in Istanbul, and our Germany-based servers in a professional data center in Düsseldorf, an ideal low-latency choice for users across Europe and the Middle East. You can choose the location that suits you during checkout.
How much does dedicated server rental cost?
Our physical server rental prices start from €55.27/month at the Germany location and €71.08/month at the Turkey location depending on the hardware specs (VAT excluded). You can view current prices and stock in real time in the tables above.
What is the difference between a dedicated server and VDS/VPS?
With a dedicated server (physical server), all hardware is allocated exclusively to you; you don't share resources with other customers. VDS and VPS, on the other hand, are virtualized partitions of a physical server. A dedicated server is recommended for projects that need high, sustained performance, while VDS is recommended for budget-friendly solutions.
Do I get full root (administrator) access to the server?
Yes. You have full root / administrator access to the physical server you rent. You are free to install and configure any operating system, software and control panel (cPanel, Plesk, etc.).
