1.Purpose and Scope

1.1This Cookie Policy has been prepared for the purpose of informing visitors, pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guidelines on Cookie Practices of the Personal Data Protection Authority, about the cookies used on www.anksoft.net and the Customer Panel operated by Berke FİNCANCI – AnkSOFT Bilişim ve Telekomünikasyon Hizmetleri ("AnkSOFT").

2.What Is a Cookie?

2.1Cookies are small text files stored on your device via your browser when you visit a website. Cookies are used for the purposes of maintaining your session, remembering your preferences, ensuring security and analysing use of the site.

2.2In terms of their duration, cookies are divided into session cookies, which are deleted when the browser is closed, and persistent cookies, which remain on the device for a specified period; in terms of their source, they are divided into first-party cookies placed by AnkSOFT and third-party cookies placed by service providers.

3.Cookies Used

3.1Strictly necessary cookies: cookies that are necessary for the operation of the website and the Customer Panel. These cookies are used without requiring explicit consent pursuant to sub-paragraphs (c) and (f) of paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the KVKK and cannot be disabled.

• Customer Panel session cookie (first-party, for the duration of the session): maintaining the Customer Panel session, the shopping cart and security verifications;
• AS_SHIELD (first-party, up to 24 hours): security verification against automated attacks and bot traffic;
• ank_cerez (first-party, 180 days): storing your cookie preferences;
• Language preference cookies (first-party, up to 1 year): remembering the language you have selected.

3.2Functional cookies: used where you have given your explicit consent.

• Live support cookies (third-party, up to 6 months): providing the live support service and maintaining the conversation history.
• Third-party sign-in cookies (third-party, up to 6 months; only on the login and registration pages): providing the option to sign in to the Customer Panel with a third-party account.

3.3Analytics cookies: used where you have given your explicit consent.

• Web analytics cookies (third-party, up to 2 years): statistical measurement of the number of visitors, page views and site usage.

3.4AnkSOFT does not use advertising or targeting cookies on the website.

4.Legal Basis and Explicit Consent

4.1Cookies other than strictly necessary cookies are activated only where your explicit consent has been obtained through the cookie notice displayed on your first visit to our site. If you do not give consent, these cookies are not used and the core functions of the site are not affected.

4.2You may change your cookie preferences or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link located at the bottom of the page.

5.Transfer Abroad

5.1Data collected through web analytics, third-party sign-in and live support cookies are processed on servers of the relevant service providers located abroad. This transfer is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent pursuant to Article 9 of the KVKK. Please note that data transferred abroad will be subject to the legislation of the country to which they are transferred, and that the level of protection in that country may not be the same as in Türkiye.

6.Managing Cookies Through Your Browser

6.1You may also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. If strictly necessary cookies are blocked, it may not be possible to log in to the Customer Panel or to place orders.

6.2To block web analytics measurement, you may also use your browser's tracking protection settings or the opt-out tools offered by the relevant service provider.

7.Your Rights

7.1You may exercise your rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK in relation to your personal data processed through cookies by the method specified in the KVKK Personal Data Protection Notice.

8.Updates

8.1AnkSOFT may update this Cookie Policy in line with changes in the cookies used or in legislation. The current version is published at www.anksoft.net.
